Before we begin, I invite you to take a deep breath. Feel how your breath travels down from your nose, to your chest and womb. Feel how this little practice is already allowing your body to surrender a bit more.
Into your temple. Your holy temple.
While you surrender a bit more, you are invited to imagine you are in the most safe and soft blanket you have ever felt. Surrounded by this blanket, this pink blanket that unfolds like a soft rose you become one with softness.
Every time you breath, you feel how the gentle pink rays of warmth and joy gently touch your skin. Every time you breath out, you feel all that doesn't serve you leaving your body.
You are safe now.
Trust that whatever it is you feel, is exactly what you may feel.
Receive, relax, slow down and soften.

Is named after the word 'neck' while it is stationed in the sacral area. Weird? Not so much if you see how identical the throat and the cervix are. Proven is how the heart is connected through the vagus nerve with the cervix and the head ( and throat). Whatever it is you say has impact on your emotional body (sacral area) and the other way around.
Is one of the most important symbols in ancient teachings. It is where the elixer is being received and where many kingdoms have searched for. Women carry the holy grail in their physical body (look at the shape of the womb & ovaries) but also their light body. The moment they start to see their holy grail als their holy temple, is the moment many mysteries of all times will return.
On this journey you will learn about:
- The connection between womb, heart and head
- Your body on physical, mental, emotional and energetic level
- Your nerveus systems
- The history of women and your ancestral lineage
- Wounds of the feminine, medicine of the feminine
You will work with:
- Different rays and frequencies

But mostly your own safety, security, trust and softness will play a big part in returning to your inner knowing and natural rythm.
